We offer round-the-clock coverage, 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week. Continuous response
eliminates patients' stress associated with
travel to outside health facilities. 24/7
access can be vital in emergency situations,
where saving time is critical, and support
staff is scarce.
Reliability
Our services are performed promptly, on
demand. We utilize several technologies. As
soon as the demand for an Xray is received,
we track our nearest team ( currently one)
using GPS ( Geo Positioning Satellite
system). This makes it possible to ensure
timely response. We then use mobile
communication system, along with modern
computer based voice and data communications
to guide the team to deliver the fastest,
most reliable response rate in the industry.
Quality
Because we use in-house radiologic
technicians who are guided by in house
physicians, the technicians are able to give
their best quality of work. The Van is
loaded with the latest digital technologies,
where Xray images are immediately digitised
and viewed by the technician. At that point,
only 3 mins from the Xray exposure, the
technician knows if the image capture has
been satisfactory. If required, he can
re-shoot using new parameters, preventing
any chance of revisit, delay and errors.
Responsiveness
Once the image is captured, we do one of the
three things:
a. The image is processed on the computer on
board and an image is sent to our central
reporting station for provisional reporting.
The provisional report is then
written/printed at site for the attending
physician to see. In the event the local
physician needs to be spoken to, our in
house expert and/or technician will speak
and inform the physician of the provisional
report.
b. The image is processed on the computer on
board the van. The image is then copied on
to the local computer along with a DICOM
viewer. In some cases, a CD will be handed
over without the provisional report. The
local physician can view the same at his
convenience.
c. The image is processed on the computer on
board the van. Due to constraints of at site
connectivity, computer availability and
ports etc., it may not be possible to
provide an image or provisional report
immediately. In such cases, the image will
be transmitted to the central reporting unit
from a reliable network area and a
provisional report is delivered
telephonically. The time and nature of
report is dictated by availability of
communication infrastructure.
In all cases the final report will be
delivered
a. email with digital signature
b. Optional Print (film) and CD with printed
report
Image & document distribution
At a small fee, we will give access to other
physicians to view images and other scanned
documents via a web service |
